Cooking Instructions:
Move rack to center of oven. Preheat oven to 375°F. If frozen, place fillets on lightly oiled sheet pan and bake for 36-38 minutes. If thawed, 400°F for 16-18 minutes. Fillets are done when fish flakes easily with fork.
