To heat: Remove foil packet from outer paper packaging. Immerse unopened foil pouch in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove, cut open, and serve hot.
Or transfer contents of foil pouch to a microwave-safe bowl and heat on HIGH for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
