To Prepare Cold:
Add 4 Tablespoons Ovaltine to 8 oz cold milk. Stir well.
To Prepare Hot:
Place 4 Tablespoons Ovaltine in mug. Add 8 oz hot milk. Stir well.
MICROWAVE: Heat 8 oz milk in microwave-safe mug for 1&fract12; minutes (90 seconds) or until hot. Add 4 Tablespoons Ovaltine. Stir well.
