For 1 glass or portion: add 3 heaping tablespoons to a glass of water (240 mL).  To prepare a pitcher, mix 3 glasses of water into pitcher and 1 glass of dry whole milk.

Note: To avoid clumps, always add the dry milk to water, not the reverse. 1 heaping tablespoon contains approximately 0.35 oz of Nido dry milk.
