INGREDIENTS:
Flounder.

Quality Assured.

Remove all plastic packaging before thawing.

  • Thaw in refrigerator, covered, for 6 to 12 hours. Rinse in cold running water before use.
  • Place fish in a preheated 400° oven. Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  • Additional Cooking Instructions (in Thawed state)
  • BAKE: Season and place in a greased baking dish. Brush with butter, oil or sauce to keep moist. Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 10-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • BROIL: Place seasoned fillets in a preheated oven on a well-greased pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, dill weed and paprika. Cover top of fillet with bread crumbs. Broil 7-9 minutes until crumbs become crisp. Do not turn.
