INGREDIENTS: Butternut squash, salt.
• Slice a butternut squash in half. Peel, deseed, and cut one half of the squash into small, fry-shaped pieces. • Grease a cookie sheet with non-fat cooking spray. • Lay the squash pieces on cookie sheet in a single layer. • Sprinkle with salt. • Bake for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 425°F. • Turn the pieces over and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until edges start to brown and pieces become crisp.
