1 banana, frozen 1 apple, peeled and cored 1/4 cup skim milk 1/2 cup orange juice
- Peel and dice banana, then freeze overnight.
- Peel and dice apple.
- Combine banana, apple, and remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until frothy.
- Serve immediately in a tall glass with a straw.
Optional ingredients and flavors: - 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp chocolate soy protein powder
- 1 Tbsp nonfat dry milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Other fresh or canned fruits, such as pears, berries, peaches, pineapple chunks, pitted cherries, mango or kiwi slices
