It's pretty simple: excellent ingredients produce excellent flavors. We use the highest quality vegetables and healthy lean meats; wok them in 100% natural vegetable oil (never partially hydrogenated oil); and keep the menu fresh for the season. And we never add MSG.
Eating Healthy at Leeann Chin: A Few Tips From Their Kitchen
Leeann Chin is colorful vegetables and lean meats tossed in signature sauces. Quick. Fabulous. And high in vitamins that only come from complex vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and peapods. (Try getting all that from a pizza or burrito.)
If you're counting calories, your best choice is to start out with an order of Potstickers and choose any one of their Beef, Pork, Chicken or Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fries. You may also order a Stir Fry with no sauce. Just ask any one of Leeann Chin's team members for a special preparation. It may take a few minutes longer but it's worth the wait!
If you're watching your fat intake, Potstickers are a nice option. For an entree, select any one of their Beef, Pork, Chicken, or Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fries. Leeann Chin portion sizes are generous. Consider saving some of your meal for later. Lots of flavor and no guilt!
If you're watching carbs, try a stir fry without rice, or a salad with half the dressing. Leeann Chin portion sizes are generous.
Please note that products containing gluten are prepared in their kitchen. If you are on a wheat-free diet, we recommend you request a Shrimp and Vegetable (or Vegetable) Stir Fry with Orange Sauce and White Rice. You may order a special Chicken Stir Fry with Orange Sauce, as well.
